Rangers wrapped up the horrific 2011/12 season with two wins and a draw, but focus was almost fully on a new owner. The Blue Knights and Bill Miller appeared in pole position at different times but in the end the new owner took his seat at the last match v St. Johnstone - Charles Green.

Join the Davids, Stuart and Rob as they continue to chart a very difficult time in our history.

I went to a meeting just outside Belfast which was for rsc’s with green and I asked my mate who was with me at the meeting in the car on the way home what did he think and he said “he’s a salesman and told us what we wanted to hear” and thinking back to that meeting my mate was spot on.

Here David, what’s the chance of you sending over that Manscaper? 😉

St Johnston fan said that to the wrong person and it would be the last time they saw their teeth and quite rightly so. Missed a lot of this shitfest as had moved to Sweden in the January good in some ways but it also left space in the head for weird thoughts of what was going to happen.

David, on your visit it should be over 2 days. Day 1 dance on it. Day 2 drink your water and do as necessary This way you won’t ruin your shoes

Mark wood

Aluko is the exact type of player that the current side have been crying out for for the last 4 seasons…what a player, genuinely the last Rangers player that really got me excited when he got the ball

At the risk of slipping into provenance pedantry, rather than grammar Nazism; the 'normalcy' discussion would be etymology rather than grammar. Nonetheless as an etymology nerd, I'd happily sign up for the show!

Rob Shorthouse

I'm ready to get onboard with this. As a show it will be niche, but I'm sure there is an audience for it!

I went to the Melbourne RSC to listen to Green and he fed us whatever we wanted to hear. I left to the news that my dad had passed away back home in Scotland. Probably the worst day of my life

the thing about Green i always remember Skysports News asked Don Hutchinson and Dave Basset about Charles Green and Basset said " if i was Rangers or a Rangers fan i'd be very worried "

I’m very late to the party here but the fleeting chat about “why does the league need a strong Rangers” piece was particularly interesting, given that as soon as both Celtic and us qualify for the Champions League group stage, we have the BBC publishing an article asking whether or not it’s bad for Scottish football that two clubs are bringing in so much money for themselves, whereas Celtic have been guzzling up European money for the last 10 years and nobody has batted an eyelid. Surely they know that we see right through it.
