Imagine having a turtles heid and frantically banging on the works bog Door, "are you Neilly Dunne" ?

Was listening to this pod while in the car wash. As I roll the window down to pay the guy Jack says “when I play about with my belly button I need to piss” followed closely by Colin saying “ when I put the shower head on my baws I need to piss”. Safe to say I’ll not be visiting that car wash again 😂😂😂😂

Cheers lads. When Colin said about seeing Gazza in the headlines. I remember reading something really horrific once from his sister, she said the journos would leave bottles on the doorstep as 'gifts' when he was trying to get sober. They really are lower than a snake's belly. On funny names. I've known quite a few people with coincidental names. My uncle had a downstairs neighbour called Phil/Philip McCann and my father drank in the pub with a guy called Phil McCracken, sadly he wasn't a plasterer. I grew up with Robin Hood and Warren Beattie among my friends. Think this is the best one though. I used to have to call a parts supplier and the lady I would deal with for their invoicing her first name was Gorgeous. Imagine yourself in one of those old fashioned factory floor office with 20 or 30 engineering staff, foremen etc and you call up/answer a call and say "Hello Gorgeous"

Thought you might like the funny names thread on FF Colin! I'm not sure how many are real, but very funny nonetheless

Tom McDavid

My mates wife by marriage is now called Kelly Kelly or Kelly Squared as we call her

Lewis Wardrope

Hahah literally considered commenting about the sky and thought really need to stop being pandantic. Jacks correct. It’s the light entering the atmosphere and the angle as passes through the various gasses gives the appearance of it being blue. You’ve got it the wrong way around Colin. The sea is water and is therefore clear. It appears blue when the blue sky reflects on it. Sorry for being a dick.

Simon

Joe King at my school.

Jack Mair

One of my best pals is called Willie Aitken 😂😂 I’m sure I’ve sent yous the story of him in the paper before. He found a snake in the odeon thought it was a jelly snake from a pin n mix then heard it hiss and wasn’t taking any chances. Some nutter had taken their pet snake into the pictures in ayr. Headline was good lad gets sssssscared at the odeon

Gary Shaw

Best one I’ve got is a big guy I used to work with called Jim Aitken….always made me chuckle 🤭

Lewis Wardrope

My grandfather told me he did national service with a guy called Angus Couper, from Couper Angus. And my dad used to work with somebody called Barry Fudge

Locally where I stay we have a minister/lay preacher whose name is Willie Aitken ...... every time I see him or his name is mentioned I'm going to laughing now

Gordon Campbell

I went to school with Imran McCann! I'm assuming it's the same guy, don't imagine they'll be 2 of them!

Derek Rennie
