Cheers, guys. Tough week to do this. I see lots having a pop because of negativity- don't equate being disappointed and frustrated with performance with lack of support. I've been uber critical of the team last few weeks but I'm calling out what I see on the pitch. Doesn't mean I won't be back in Sunday willing the team on, same as I have done for the last fifty years. I can't be wrong to expect those on the park to echo my passion for this team, this institution, can I?

Could not have chosen two better podders to listen to tonight after the last couple of weeks. When I first subscribed I thought I could only stomach H&H after successful results. In reality, I find it even more vital after disappointments because the discussion helps me rationalise the emotion of what I've witnessed. Thank you for what you do.

I am starting to worry about Gio's management capabilities, there is no evidence that he can manage this team to beat them in the next two encounters. There is also no evidence recently that this group of players can muster up the courage to take the game to them. Not dropping McGregor, may actually be the decision which could lose him his job..

John Walker

Good balanced comment lads. Gio has put faith in certain players and they are not doing it for him. Davis and ramsey need to come into that midfield. He lander will play Sunday and semi I think. Need a win on Sunday if just anything to give the club a lift. .

The board made a huge error in the summer by not investing. You always invest when you’re on top, and they didn’t. Some of the players Wilson has brought in have been absolutely awful it has to be said. The manager has taken the blame himself for what happened in the Old Firm match, and it’s tine the players shouldered some responsibility as well. They’re a collective and they need to work as one. Some of the players have looked disinterested for most of this season. Most of that squad needs to be moved on, because they haven’t improved this season. You stop improving, you don’t stay at Rangers.

Feeling Tes, totally feeling his emotions at this time. Scunnered at the Gers, but love them too. 💙🤍💔

It's a funny thing watching Rangers for 40 odd years. You can smell winners. Walter Smith knew how to win. 1) Teams that win things don't always need lovely passers. The League table tells you how to win stuff. Goals for versus goals against. Simple. 2) Rangers have always needed grit - Brown, Grieg, McCall, Ferguson(s). We need Scots with some nasty. GvB is too passive. The clock is ticking.

Gary Brown

Well done lads, good discussion. Manfully keeping it real after a tough week. Plenty of good & valid comments too. Win something or nothing this season, GvB has not had a fair crack of the whip to 'manage Rangers'. He's had a few months to manage a team signed & set up by Gerrard, players underperforming even for him. A manager bailing out on a team/club halfway through a season is always a catastrophic situation and does take time to recover from. No Rangers manager has ever succeeded in both European and domestic fronts in the same season. And remember even up to last season simply qualifying for Europa League group stage was a huge accomplishment. Less than a month ago Gio being lauded for a tactical masterclass in the Dortmund & Red Star ties. Was said at the start of this season 'The only team who can beat Rangers is Rangers' - 100% accurate, then & now. We've gifted ridiculous 'brain-fart' goals all season (the vast majority of all conceded) self inflicted wounds to put ourselves in this position and no manager can prepare tactics or systems to eliminate that.

Unfair to say the board didn't invest. Investment does not start & end with transfer fees. Gerrard was backed because we didn't sell anyone. We have a big squad on big money, and the board have dug deep to keep the squad intact. Had we qualified for the CL I suspect things might have been different. In hindsight, we should have sold an asset and refreshed the side. That is a decision that would have been unpopular with the fans and probably manager, but that's why we pay Wilson the big bucks, to make tough calls.

Guys like the ones you mentioned are very few and far between but I get the sentiment….
