Luckily we've signed Souttar who never gets injured.

Got the bad chills hearing andy say Scott wright next season. He should be out of the door as gives us nothing say a Lowry will. Has no end product

Enjoyed listening to both your views as always, gents. For me the most important thing that needs to be considered when deciding if current players stay or go is mentality, not footballing ability. Does a player have the mental fortitude to play for Rangers and deal with the adversity that comes with it? We have a really talented squad which has chronically underachieved because they are weak minded. For me that had to be the number one focus of the summer overhaul (although obviously still need players who are technically good enough). For me guys like Aribo, Kamara, Goldson, Barisic, Arfield, Balogun all need to go for that reason. I also want to see a new captain in place irrespective of whether Tav is still a Rangers player, and I’m not one of those fans who is on his back at the first mid-placed pass, but I think his era as club captain has run its course.

Great show as ever. With Davis, I think it's important to remember he was injured in December and subsequently suffered two further injuries during his rehab in January and February. He's actually only been available for selection for the last 2-3 weeks. Even with Northern Ireland, he only played for 85 mins across their 2 games 25-29th March. He was a big bonus on Sunday and surely he's got to start vs Braga and Celtic. He's the metronome that sets the rhythm of our play.

I can't be a hypocrite before we played Celtic my priorities was Europe the league then Scottish cup so if we manage to put away Braga and Celtic then I will be over the moon but if I was the team I would put everything out there on Thursday even if that means losing on Sunday aslong as Europe was still a thing come next week I wouldn't be that bothered

Totally agree on Davis, in my Rangers WhatsApp group, I've been saying he is 1 of the main reasons we have dropped off this season. I accept that he didn't start the season well, who did?....his game intelligence is excellent and its clear the players respect him, his range of passing, knowing when to press, he was my player of the year last year...he was the the biggest positive coming out of Sunday IMO....I would trust him in any of the next 2 games, if he is fully fit.

Great show guys, plenty to be positive about with this content & patron comments re Davis, Roofe, Borna, Aribo and others. A tonic after last Sunday. Roofe. Dug us out of the mire v A'deen. Dug us out of the mire Dundee away. 4 priceless points putting us in the position we had pre KO last Sun. Vs them - consider this. Analysis of them all season is 'weak at centre back, particularly cross balls'. No Morelos, Roofe has shown he's a threat in the air / box making space from crosses. This was no doubt a tactic to exploit their weakness, manage the loss of Morelos / play to Roofe. Perfectly valid tactic but not the only one used and yes more frequent as time ticked away. Yes, cross delivery could've been better. But examine the circumstances - our 2 gift goals allowed them to sit in a 'low block', (which we've struggled to break down all season & before!). Their 2 CBs had a good day able to double up on Roofe as they had plenty of cover with others sitting so deep. This negated their core weakness more than in open play, which they didn't want or need to engage in. An OF defeat always sharpens the fans criticism, & ferocity of it, towards players, tactics & performance. But 2 self inflicted howlers aside the actual performance wasn't as bad as it has been felt. There is still plenty of hope in both cup & league games v them.

Great show, this week is huge, Gio has some massive decisions with regards to to team selection for both Thursday and Sunday. He needs to get them right and we need to be winning both games. Steven Davis will be crucial towards the end of this season.
