I always thought cribari and the Greek right back were part of 5 players from an agency owned by Maher. Ally couldn’t get hold of Green all day but has been told sign 2 of the 5. Eager for bodies we brought in that 2

The Elgin raver 😂😂😂

Jeezo poor David M. Hope you are ok after all that “love” 😂 great pod gents.

Good pod, thanks guys. It is therapeutic to review & discuss trauma experienced!! Aye by this point it really had 'set in' hadn't it? Deary me! Argyriou 🤔 you guys keep mentioning the name, there are official stats about his Rangers career, I looked them up. I was at every single home game that season! I have absolutely NO recollection of him whatsoever, none at all! 😳😄 The popular opposition chant of the time was "You're not Rangers anymore" (aye, utter bollox) but I do remember around this time at one match muttering to my pal seated in front 'you know what, they might just be fkin well right!' Thanks again for doing this series guys - its far enough away not to hurt anymore but close enough to know how much it did hurt. We can never forget it or we risk it happening again! WATP🟦🟦⬜🟥⬜🟦🟦👍

I had forgotten/blanked out just how bad he was and how often he actually played that season. I think I've mentioned before - in my head, Cribari was the worst of the lot. Having watched back a lot of the footage, I can say with certainty that Argyriou was an utter calamity.

Plenty of names mentioned in the series and I'm 🤔🤔, but one of their games or a goal (probably conceded) discussed and I'm enlightened with the painful memories of them flooding back, except him!! Think my total erasure of memory is maybe a good thing 😄. I'm lucky enough to have The Journey part 1 DVD (+ other/s!). Guaranteed watched only once, probably whilst very drunk. I must give it another try and (re)acquaint myself with our Argy! And to accompany this series. I do remember the period of the last episode and this one simply being 'I go because its what I do'. David 100% right, Ibrox was depressed. I am still greatful I did go and remind myself of those days, especially when others are squawking too much about too little now. Need to remind oursleves sometimes it is a joy to watch ANYone pull on the Royal blue in the name of Rangers and have a go - far too many tried to take that from us, damn near succeeded too!

Went back and read Traynor's last article, based on the mention from the show. He doesn't miss these faceless "journalists" and some well known to us. The thing that struck me though, was that nothing's really changed. They're still out their peddling lies and twisting truths. I know we all revel in reduced newspaper numbers, but that won't stop these "bloggers" inventing truths anytime soon. It was pathetic then and it's pathetic that it's still going-on.

I remember thinking "he's come from AEK, they must have some sort of decent youth academy...he can't be that bad" Was wrong on that one for sure! I always thought Seb Faure, though he was no athlete, was at least a competent player of some sort but I'd imagine that looking back on it now, that was a reach too. You don't play in French youth squads in that era if you were truly honking but he never amounted to anything after leaving us either.
