No surprise about Rory Wilson. Another casualty of bad advice. He’ll make himself rich, which is likely the objective here, but he’ll probably disappear into the mist of English League football. Going to the next level would’ve been staying at Rangers and playing first team football, which tells us it was purely financial. I’m glad to hear that Rangers aren’t alone in this fight with UEFA. They will be more eager to listen if the Germans are wanting answers. I wish Michael Beale nothing but the best, and hope he gets the QPR job. It’s a different position, and he’ll need to work out who he has with him, because coaching and managing are different skills, but I have little doubt he has the ability to manage as well. I’d love to see him back here one day. It will be very interesting to see how Gerrard gets on without him, because Beale was the brains behind that operation.
