I was in the main stand in Seville (won’t say how much I paid for the privilege) I went for water before half-time & it was a joke already. Won’t even go into how the local cops & security were like. However Sevilla fans were sound though 😜

Gerrard is a good manager, and he’’lol do what a good manager does by hiring a new coach who wont fall below the standards r that Beale set. Have nothing but best wishes for Michale Beale. He’s a terrific coach, and I really hope he shows that he can do management as well. I’m not sure the British government will do much good. They’re not exactly switched on, and wouldn’t be taking any interest had there not been an attack on English supporters in Pars, so I have my doubts they give a shit.

Some of the takes on Goldson are harsh. He’s been a great servant to the club and if he’s moving back closer to his family then it’s hard for me to find that anger against him

On the comments about everywhere being fine apart from the stadium isn’t completely true. La cartuja stadium was a joke as well. Lengthy queues trying to get served, charging fans €13.10 a pint of alcohol free beer and no signage to say so. It was only once word got out that people started realising, guys paying €60/70 rounds of pints and not getting a refund. It’s the Spanish though, so can’t say I’m surprised.

I was referring to the Conference League mate, hence the comment about the 21,000 capacity stadium. Woefully inadequate for a major European final.

The other thing I wanted to ask (maybe someone can answer this ?). Why was the Europa League final played the week before the conference league final ? If they had played the finals in their correct order then we would have won the Scottish Cup before playing in the Europa League final possibly (and I mean possibly) giving us the momentum to win the Europa final on the Wednesday when the conference league final was played (just a thought) 🤷‍♂️
