Personally I can’t wait to see the back of Castore. All the stuff I’ve bought has actually been fine but the customer experience is just horrendous. Bought the new 3rd top which was promised to be delivered by the Europa League Final, ended up finally getting it about a week after the final after paying £6.50 for delivery. Had to send it back as the sizing appears to have changed again this season. They received my return on 31/05 and I’ve still not got my money back yet. Was told originally it could take up to 7 days to get my money which is fine. 13 days later I’ve still not got anything and they are now telling me it could take up to 30 days to get it. Every time you email them It takes about 3 days to get a reply and when you do it’s just a template copy and paste customer service response that gives very little information. So I’m now stuck £130 down and I’ve no idea when I’m going to get my money back and there’s no way for me to speak to an actual person about trying to sort it. Rant over 🤣

Totally get it mate - as I said on the pods a few times, I think the problem with this is any form of customer service has been pretty shocking. As you say, the stuff ain’t cheap so you would like to think the service is on par with the cost!!!

C’mon Cammy, I don’t like Celtic either. But to say they are one of the worst teams you’ve ever seen cannot be true. They went 30+ games without defeat. Credit where credits due.

I worry that we’re underestimating them. They’ve got a very good manager. He is one dimensional so he’s not without weakness but they are a good team, especially as they’ve got money to strengthen

The appointment of Gerrard was an absolute masterstroke. Go back to the pods around his appointment. Everyone was excited but everyone knew this was a massive gamble. I personally thought it was a pretty reckless gamble (and I certainly wasn’t the only one) However we see what happened. We became Rangers again. An absolutely inspirational appointment. We’d likely not be where we are today without such a bold move. King’s finest moment

Ross Wilson has been difficult to judge. I don’t think he’s had the money to spend the past eighteen months, and there lies the problem. Gerrard was let down last summer by the board. Reading between the lines, it seems he had been told he”d get what he wanted, and they never delivered. The time to judge Wilson will be the end of this season, because we simply have to trade this summer. If you don’t win the league, then you need to strengthen. We have two priorities this season. The first is Champions League qualification and the league. We need to bios a stronger base for the future and those two things give us that.

Have to agree. They hardly dropped any points post September. They spent significantly in the team. This is not a great Celtic team, as shown by Europe, but to beat them in Scotland you need to be reaching 90+points. Something we’ve only done a handful of times in the past 20 years. I do think this will be more the norm for us moving forward though.

I agree comments like that put us in danger of underestimating them. They have built a decent team. There is absolutely no doubt we shot ourselves in the foot last season but they are not a poor outfit and will strengthen in the summer with CL money guaranteed. They mustn’t be underestimated by the fan base but in particular the board. We must strengthen to win the title back.

What will happen with the world cup fixtures is that the tims will get 3 out of 4 at home before and after the world cup ....... probably get 3 out of 4 at the start of this league season as well 1 of which will be us probably in between 2 euro ties

Same issue here Ryan. Got my top in time for UEL final (it was ordered about 5 mins after release mind you!) but sizing is different to this past season, returned, no refund yet, same stock answers after inquiry, please bear with us, refund being processed, high volume of sales, etc.

Just keep at them Gary. I finally got my money on Sunday after my 3rd or 4th email. I also wrote a review on the Castore trustpilot page which seems to have hurried them along. I can’t make sense of the sizing at all, I’ve been a different size every season we’ve had Castore so far 😂 not ideal when you can’t get to a shop to try on.
