Sorry but this team has a real problem away from home. We cannot win a league like this. No fight or heart. This is a real problem for the manager. He had this problem in Holland. He is unable to raise the team for away games. The truth is we are a European team. We cannot do well in Europe and the league. Rangers in the past have always been good in the league but not great in Europe. We now have a complete turn around. Does the board not care about the league, more money in Europe. Manager will be sacked over this.

I'm losing faith in the board's battles with the SPFL. I thought the Cinch dispute was at least in part being used as a wedge issue to expose the incompetence of the executive. Now we're ready to sign off on this seemingly dreadful TV deal, but only if we they concede some ground on the Cinch dispute. Looking less like a concerted plan of attack and more like Rangers being used in the interests of Parks of Hamilton.

I honestly havent experienced as much joy watching us win 55 and reach the euro final. Saturday was the antithesis of all of that a frankly disgraceful display. The players deserve critisism however as you have alluded David they have feelings as well. They need to have a hard look at themselves and produce performances that show they care as a minimum going forward. The personal abuse we all face just now is a manifest of miriad socio economic factors as well as the scar tissue from 2012. We will rise again but we arent entitled to it we need to earn it. I've seen the comments on twitter regarding fan media being too soft at press conferences etc but it's clearly an awkward position to be in and I get it. Thanks for the update David. Please know this update is a very important part of my day and the reason I subscribe to H&H is because it is the best fan media for me. It is not simply a like minded interest of Rangers / football shows. You and the contributing podders are of similar mindsets, attitudes and standards of behaviour values - these are values I hold dear and what comes out from the H&H team are 'a mark of the man/woman'. You all consistently do yourselves and the network proud. Social media crap off 'that lot' can only be expected. But from 'your own kind' ?!?! Such behaviour was not deemed 'The Rangers Way' when I was brought up. Keep doing what you're doing, Sally is right. The backing over the Record thing shows what the real Rangers Family think of you all at H&H.

A glimpse of the comments suggests there a few who feel the same way but I wanted to say it anyway. Heart and hand has been a tether to Rangers for me. I lived in the south east of England in 2012 and felt lost. My friends from growing up in the Garngad are, as you might expect, all Celtic fans. I got no comfort or understanding from them in Feb 2012. A quirk of geography and a staunch dad meant I grew up a blue nose in enemy territory. I say enemy because sometimes it was brutal. I can't even say. When I was in England and we were brought to the brink I had no one to talk to about it there either, my mates down south had no idea what it meant. I'm on my 40s and I've never ever had close mates that I can sit down and talk about Rangers with. I found H&H, I think, in 2014. From that point on you, Cammy, Hoggy, young James, Andy, and more recently, Adam, Caroline, Colin, Jack, Shane and Todd, and all the other guys, are like mates that I'm listening in on. You've no idea what a difference it makes to have this to someone like me. They have nothing like this. Our community is about us. High, lows, and in between we're here because we love Rangers. You've given us this. I loathe that bears can make you question the point of this, because without H&H and your own dulcet tones, I'd have missed out on the one thing that's made being a bluenose bearable over much of the last ten years. On top of all that, I now know what "panglossian" means. WATP. No surrender David to enemies or frenemies.

I'll be honest David, I don't come here to hear about you or any other poders woes, I have plenty of my own. I come to hear about rangers. That may sound harsh, but that is the product you are selling. I know this sounds harsh and I'll sure I'll take flak for this statement, but I think it's becoming more and more prevalent and before everyone bails in with the you can leave at anytime, your right I can, but rangers still rules my life and I try to get all the Rangers content I can. If the negative side of running a business, especially an online business is effective you mentally, I think you should seriously think of stepping back. That being said I think you 100% miss what Heart and Hand is about, yes it's about Rangers but it's way more than that, some of the discussions on here about Mental Health, Drink and Drug additions are straight from the heart. I certainly feel part of a family with all it's warts and all. Living in Australia Heart and Hand is certainly a life line for me, unlike David after a defeat to them I stay away from social media for a couple of days to get over it, whereas David and the guys rock up and try and get their heads round it.

David, I mentioned to my dad how the abuse you've taken has affected you and that one person's reply was to basically say you shouldn't mention how you're feeling as it's not what he pays for. His response is that some people perhaps forget how far we've come in the last 10 years, and that people like you have played a large part in keeping the support together when times weren't so good. (He's also asking every other week about live shows.) I'd need to reiterate what he's said. I'll moan in the comments at times about the players, tactics etc but I'd never criticise the job you or the other podders do. Whether it's the full-time folk or those who are giving up a lot of their free time to do this. I'm as guilty as anyone at lashing out at those closest to me when I'm in a bad mood, and I get social media makes that easier for some people, but please try not to take the utter nonsense from some to heart.
