Once again our board sign deals, it falls apart and we are seen looking like Del & Rodney Trotter. In saying that the refund, points, guaranteed ticket for Liverpool and invite to Club 1872. Based on the events I'm not sure what else the board could do at short notice. People will be angry, both those who had a Ajax ticket and those who will struggle to get Liverpool away tickets. All in all the club has probably done all they could after the cancellation, but it always seems deals are signed and no proper due diligence was completed and the board stays silent when fans are screaming for information. It's not that hard to perform due diligence and inform fans. Maybe we should hire a proper SLO who knows how to use Gmail.

CTM to blame but the comms from the club yesterday for us who were meant to be on the day trip were non existent again. Are we meant to believe the club only found out about these potential issues along with all of us? By the time the trip was cancelled it was too late for us to book an alternate route which means our group misses our return to the CL proper having been at all the qualifiers and the games in last years run

Sorry but the club are full of shit about no tickets left for MyGers members. We are not thick, we know they are selling them to corporate instead. Already doing so actually - https://hospitality.rangers.co.uk/hospitality They can ram MyGers right up their arse. Priority window for members....until we can punt them to corporate for more money then we will pretend we don't have any left.

If they want to sell to corporate then fine but don't sell Bronze MyGers memberships with the main benefit being a priority window for tickets. They can't do both so pick one before the rest of the Bronze members tell them to ram it as well.

Season tickets holder and mygers member, and I still didnt get a ticket for the CL games. Was on the website just after 10am, and they were sold out. Absolutely ragin.

Disagree that it’s unfair to give impacted fans a Liverpool ticket. These Bears got screwed over trying to follow the club across Europe. They should absolutely be given priority for the next trip.

Agree with everything you've written Rod. I took annual leave today to try and secure a ticket. What was worse than finding out that there would be no MyGers Sale was seeing a message shared on social media - not the club's official social media - advising that there were none available, over 2 hours after they were meant to go on sale. Disgusting way to treat a customer neve mind a loyal fan. If any other organisation treated me that way, I simply would not give them any business in the future. They rip the pish out of our loyalty.

Glad to see McLaughlin start….I don’t blame him for all the goals on Saturday. He is a better keeper than the current McGregor and with benefit of hindsight, had we dropped McGregor last season we would have won the league. Many of our previous goalkeepers had to bounce back from bad games/patches of poor form…..including Goram who became our best ever. We need to stick with McLaughlin

If the club knew there were no CL tickets packages for non season ticket holding Mygers members how difficult would have been to update the website to that effect and do a few social media posts? Same outcome of no tickets but at least try and communicate with supporters and be honest with them. Feels like mediocrity is being accepted by those in charge, at the moment it seems like Rangers are a big club in name only.

First game back in the UCL proper after 12 years and I miss kick-off because 6pm on Wednesdays is football training for my two kids. Early kick-offs are a pain in the ass!

Right. If the club insist on treating fans like customers, they need to appoint a key employee as customer services manager. They should have direct control of all customer facing operation such as the ticket office and staffing.

Thanks for the update Colin 👍 CL tickets / packages - what did non-ST holders expect? Any ST who didn't get a ticket (a) I'm surprised (b) you have my sympathy over any non ST. Its like Seville. No one inside that stadium should have been a non ST but there were hundreds if not thousands. CTM should be binned by the Club immediately and very publicly denounced for their pathetic service. Given our consistently vast travelling support travel companies should / would be out bidding each other for the contract.
