Rangers get 3 points in a fairly dull match let up by a Tillman wonder goal.

Have to disagree on McGregor doing better for the Motherwell goal. There is a camera angle from just behind where the ball hits the net and - seeing the trajectory and velocity - unless you tell the keeper where the ball will be going in advance and give him a step ladder I'm not sure any keeper gets that. Reminded of that Del Pierro goal a few years ago.

James McFadden on the Tillman goal - he only runs past one man! Boydy - but there are 5 players trying to stop him 😂

Samuel Campbell

Although I understand why GVB is keeping him in the side and especially now with Goldson out but if Tav isn't fit and can't contribute to his usual high level then he has to come out of the side for a while and get a rest

Rona Bluebell

You know it’s been a poor game when nihilism is referenced.

David Herd

We've got 4 wingers and none of them deserve to play. Our goal threat from the wide men is pathetic.

Gary Shaw

This is my issue David….no matter who plays out the 4,people want them dropped the next game…that’s not good

William

If 19 year old Tillman is able to play, why can't Charlie McCann

Spoon

British kids stay kids until 24 foreign kids can play from 18 ….

Key point for me. Get to the winter break for WC. In that period we must get things right at Auchinhowie.

Hmm..not sure that's a convincing argument, for 2 reasons. You will regularly see top flight keepers not go for a shot or free kick that's going in because, in a split second, they realise they aren't getting to it. Goram did that a lot and not because he had misjudged an effort. Even if McGregor had misjudged it, looking at almost the final camera angle from RTV which shows the ball coming in (from behind and to the side of the goal) it just looks like the perfect trajectory...look where it hit the net. Standing firm on this one ;-)
