After a disappointing opening day defeat, Rangers began to get their 2014/15 season on track with a series of league and cup victories. It promised a lot....but time would prove it was the exception rather than the rule.

Join Dave, David, Stuart and Rob as they continue to look at Ally's time in the manager's office.

Great episode as always guys. Listening back to this era makes me shudder, particularly the whole "fat boydy" episode. I'm so glad that in 2022 we've come such a long way and would never allow our best striking asset to get into such a poor physical condition that they literally couldn't play..... The more things change eh? 🤔

Great episode. I think that to further clarify how footballers can slide on their fitness and diet obligations, I got to witness how an aforementioned footballer acted with his also mentioned mate at the time during a NARSA convention when he was in his prime and was actually shocked, even only being less than ten years older, at how immature they were as trophy winning veterans of the game. So when you're basically coming back to the frat house that it may have seemed with Ally in charge re the USA jolly, you don't want to be the guy who doesn't stay for another drink or go out for a post training curry. So the point about them having to be managed like kids epitomizes what it must've been like during that spell. Premier is next year, so live it up! We'll go up no problem! Not like Rangers to underestimate lower league talent 😒
