When you see the Rangers penalty from behind the goal the boys put his arm out and it's hit it. 100% pen

Bob MacCallum

Re the stadium emptying so soon: Beale should use that fact / sight in his team talk. Explain that it's because the game's won, the fans are bored because the players have downed tools. Nothing to stay for. THEIR job is to keep playing entertaining football until the end so the fans WANT to stay. As a former manager once said, " Send them home happy". Didn't happen on Saturday!

Gordon Mac

I'm sure Colak scored against Hibs the last time, when Alfie got sent off?

Lawrence it was right enough mate, christ I was about 10 feet away from him 🤣

James McNeill

Brilliant pod as usual. Most frustrating part of Saturday was lateness of three subs, what’s the point in putting players on for 3 mins ? Give them at least 10, game was won at 3-1. Baffled me

Mark

Like Kev, I'm a big Alfie fan. However I went down a bit of a YouTube compilation rabbit hole this past weekend and one of the videos I was watching featured a clip from the 2018/19 season, where Alfie and McKenna get into a bit of handbags at Pittodrie with both players being red-carded. The difference in the shape of Alfredo is actually shocking. I don't understand why he has allowed himself to get into this state, it is such a waste of the potential he had.

Scott Tolmie

You didn’t think it was a pen for rangers, what, most blatant pen you will see, you can’t have seen the replays

Pedro

Good stuff as ever lads

Martin Davies

Good show lads I'm far from happy with the current situation but my anger is directed at the executive board members Roberson and Wilson as opposed to the investors. These guys are paid to do a job, and the primary function of their organisation is failing. Wilson may not be picking the players, but its his job to manage the football dept which includes the management and scouting teams which make the calls. We have a wage bill that is equal to if not higher than the other mob, and yet we keep hearing excuses about the financial disparity. Our player trading model will not stall because we have no sellable assets. That's on Wilson who has overseen consecutive disastrous transfer windows. He needs replaced.

Luke

I get that it’s easy to point fingers when things aren’t going our way, but there has to be a level of accountability with decisions made behind the scenes. The lack of squad development has been dreadful in the past few years. Wilson has to hold some level of accountability for awful transfers.

On one part of this pod it's mentioned that in game injuries happen and is a totally normal part of football then the same person says Yilmaz is a massive waste of money... after getting an in game injury 😂 That makes no sense.
