If we want to be relentless in attack then I hope Ryan Kent moves on. If he's our first option LW next season, we are handicapped from the go.

Tamus

Our captain has the oh shit, oh shit mentality versus 'them'

AGS

Great achievement Greegsy but he is done. 2 seasons too long now and hopefully retires at the end of the season as he costs us games now: the nostalgia we have for once great players is getting infuriating: we did it at the failed 10inar, the mhanks did it at 10iar : when players are finished they leave and not re-signed

John Davidson

Whilst Alan and Cammy are very good podders, Ross is outstanding. I often wonder just how good he will be when he grows up. 🤣

A lot of good points covered well as always. One thing I don’t agree with though is this thing about us not going on & hammering teams in games like this & how confidence would flow through the team if we did, it’s runs of winning games that breed confidence for me but that has to include old firm games. The first half of the 19/20 season is the best run of form in terms of scoring against the other teams we’ve had since we got back in the top league but it meant nothing because we lost to Celtic. Whether we beat Dundee Utd 2-0 or 6-0 makes no difference, 3 points in these games is all that matters as long as we beat the tims.

He’s the most talented 11 year old I’ve ever met, the precocious podder. 😊

Lundstram playing well is the exception not the norm. He had a good patch at Sheffield United then played like we see now, it’s time to stop pretending we are gonna get that’s 3 months we had consistently from him

If there is any club down south willing to make an offer for Lundstram in the summer, I'd snap their hand off. As you said a 3 month purple patch in nearly 2 years and the rest has been mediocre.

Nikky Cairney

Totally disagree with Alan about Morelos. Thought he was poor first half and bang average second. Doesn’t look like a player who needs to play well to keep his place. Would be tempted to go with Tillman, Kent and Sakala on Saturday as I don’t think we have a striker who deserves to start.

Kent’s not had an intended assist since the Hearts game. He doesn’t deserve the start either

Fair dos Nikky, I felt that his link up play was still decent and admit was minimal re goal threat on Saturday. It’s probably more out of hope and expectation feel he could still be a handful against their defence. If Beale chooses one of the others and it works for us, I’ll be delighted. My frustration recently certainly at Parkhead or in league cup final is that we just seem to be without heart and application/aggression. If we do lose, although scunnered, we really need to have let them know they’ve been in a game against a proper Gers team. Nothing worse than watching that lot strolling around almost laughing at us and comfortably winning with ease. Go out with the right attitude, stand up to them, get in their faces and take home the 3 points. Then a win in the semi final next. Oh yes and the Ibrox game. Not too much to ask for surely. 😉
