Got some inside info from a source close to Hearts. Apparently Snodgrass was undermining Robbie. Dressing room, training ground etc,rubbishing his tactics and methods. Shankland asked Robbie to punt him and for whatever reason he didn’t. Naismith got wind of this from Craig Gordon who was sitting in on team meetings. First thing he done after he got the job was went to Snodgrass and said “your surplus to requirements ya dick”

The impression I was getting from the person that told me was that Snoddy had essentially poisoned that dressing room. I feel bad for Robbie because I’d class that as bullying but you can’t be the manager and just take that from one of your players.
