Fridays a good day to be in, a lot less traffic and less of a work feel. Glad you guys picked this topic this week as there'd been some references on some click bait articles. The person missed the point of the bedroom filming in that Jim had attempted to glorify his antics but made an arse of it and ended up a laughing stock not just in school but in the community. Jim had to face the embarrassment of the aftermath and his character grew as a result of it. It's easy to take things out of context and twist them. It's an excellent film that's still watchable today

The millennial pricks dissing American Pie clearly didn't watch it. For a generation who will send each other nudes in UHD HDR it seems a little hypocritical to get their knickers in a twist over a pixelated ISDN stream. Of the 4 lads 2 are humiliated. Both of whom end up being used by predatory women. Then there's the other two. 1 falls in love and the other learns that sex with his long term partner is part of a meaningful relationship. The 'shagger' Stiffler is constantly humiliated and ridiculed. As for them being more sensible. I'm not buying that. They've provided a substantial body of evidence to the contrary by repeatedly filming themselves being arseholes.

Jack was right - I do hate the grand National 😅 I’m sure the horses are well loved and looked after but their welfare/safety isn’t paramount in this race. Make it far less extreme and everyone can be happy!
