Doug

I think McGregor's standout moment was the double penalty save vs Napoli. Having gone down to 10 men with the foul things could have gotten worse immediately had Napoli scored and gained momentum earlier in the half. Leave it to McGregor to pull out one more piece of European magic and save not only the penalty, but also the retake. No doubt it would be better remembered had we not gone on to lose anyway, but it was a moment that gave me hope at the time none-the-less.

Yeh it was a memorable piece of goalkeeping proving that while the reaction time slowed, he never lost his intuition

Paul

Really enjoyed that! However, anyone who calls 25-year-old Robbie McCrorie "young" or a "kid" in the future should be fined! Ha.

My bad Paul, it’s all relative. I think there was a risk of myself mentioning young Allan McGregor too.

Paul

Haha you get a pass Alan!
