Now that we know about Kev’s hot tub there’s no excuse for him to not feature on an RBR hot tub episode

SC81

Could you repost the link to the customer services pod or remind me what date it was put up. Cheers

Derek Rennie

It's playing yesterday's daily update.

John Smith

They might not have sacked him but they definitely drove him away. And by doing so sent us backwards.

Rona Bluebell

I’m a responsible adult and am saying no to a hot tub pod. For many reasons. No, no, no.

Graham johnston

The Easdales can fxxk right off.. bunch of crooks

Paul Kerr

A Rangers customer services Twitter account is all well and good so long as they are allowed to be cheeky to the tims that will call it home.

Tamus

Whens Edgar back, that music is brutal

Janice Rennie

Coincidence that it’s Stewart Robertson’s last day as MD when the museum opens. He wanted to see this through before he left I think.

Ryan Lynch

Hope Edgar staying away, that music is so much better (as usual under Colin)

Kenny Morrison

How about the club actually answer a phone or even better staff on the entry gate at the car park 250 a season and nerds shouting and screaming at us the customers ..!. pure riddy to the club !.

Calum Robertson

After today’s musical choice “Marge on the Lam” as an episode of the Springfield Files please the 2 David’s

Ryan Lynch

Good shout. I've probably forgot, but have David and David done a Marge centric episode? The pretzel one too?

Colin

Can’t comment on the carpark issues but from my point of view Kenny in 2023 most folk don’t want a contact centre. They want to be able to send an email or a service they can fire off a question to and then receive the response. No need to have a phone call, wait in a Queue, speak to a human. It’s also much cheaper to run. In time it will be a bot answering probably 24/7 and instantly. That’s the future of all industries like this really.

Robert Ryan

I've got a story about the Barcelona tour. I bought the virtual reality after a promo advertising email and we were at the back end of lockdown and into normality but bought thinking it was from the house but then realised it was an in-person thing as it spoke of printing your tickets in the confirmation email. I emailed a request for a refund in Spanish after translating but got a no and an offer of a different day. I mean I'd love to go one day but wasn't planning it at that time and so took the hit!

Kenny Morrison

No Colin they don’t Email back very poor show tried to contact them on numerous occasions they could still have a phone Service even Celti£ answer a phone , I don’t regard the club as an Industries it’s 50k humans they are dealing with ! should be a more human element all they want is the money .I know quite a few older fans that gave up because it’s to difficult to deal with the club regard renewing ect .

Gregg

Think you will be in the minority Kenny - seconds to send an email and if we can get a prompt reply it’d be much preferable to phoning for me.

KMS

Wow would love to have a hotline to Greg Marshall, to date, with every correspondence I have made with him I have had not one response or reply, Fan engagement?, they've got a cheek, where was their fan engagement to all the season ticket holders they are displacing pre-season?, did they engage with them over that? A box ticking exercise
