In the second half of the show, the lads discuss the Midfielders and Forwards while offering their ratings. A pretty barren season by all accounts....but there are definitely signs of life in our squad.

All feedback and opinions are welcome.

Good listen! Thought the Hagi, Kamara & Wright scores were wildly generous but, those aside, I pretty much agreed with the scores! Cheers lads! 👏🇬🇧

Kamara was outstanding away at PSV but sadly that was the only time last season. I think sentiment is heavily dictating the 5 that Davis got as he was miles off it and had been even prior to last season. IMO the board/DOF showed the same attitude and that's a major reason why the club finished the season with nothing.

I thought the comments on Kent were really harsh. He was average under Gio, but wasn't everyone. Tav's poor performances over that period seem to be overlooked. Kent played pretty well Jan-Mar and was in the running for MOTM (or at least got a mention) for many games during that period. He fell off a cliff at the end but he looked to me like he wasn't fit during the SF, for example. Whether his performances and lack of appearances during Apr-May were due to fitness issues or the fact that he'd decided to move on, we'll never know but it appeared to me that it was fitness related. There were many during Jan and Feb hoping that he'd re-sign and it seems crazy that these good performances have been forgotten about.

It’s a fair point Derek. Output ultimately had an impact on the scoring and Kent’s was terribly low. But granted not many had a season of high quality. Tavernier’s scores can similarly be attributed to his numbers and the fact he was our most potent player…yet again.
