Content

Alan travels back in time to cover the Gers on two amazing summer tours across the globe. Also an International tournament where several of our heroes face a certain Geordie genius. Oh yes and lots of news, movies, signings, birthdays and fantastic music too.

Thanks Alan, I never knew about Rangers 1975 Australia visit. I would have turned 4yrs old. However the players on the tour are names you reminded me of. I was lifted over the turnstiles at Ibrox maybe a year later and it all started from there. Regards from Australia. 😁

Did the team actually travel to Tbilisi and Kiev as well as Moscow? I'd love to see the pictures they took.

I think they did Fraser, I’ll have a wee look on Rangers Archives, seem to remember some of the material Iain Manson added to the site. Jeff Holmes Rangers in Russia 1962 book, should help. Think it was published circa 2018 and goes towards the players benevolent fund.

How about next week you just play us some music that you like. I mean that’s why we’re all here anyway. 😜
