Rangers had begun to slow down and a first league defeat of the season at Hibs seemed indicaive of where we were in early November 2015. Rangers were playing quite well but poor finishing and even poorer defending cost us.

The full squad is back for the first time this series as Dave, Stuart, Rob and David continue to track Mark Warburton's time at Rangers.

I'll always remember the tweet sent out at full time after the St Mirren game: "Full time in Paisley. 1-0 to a very fortunate Rangers. Saints deserved a draw, without a shadow of doubt." So much grievance about everything we did that season.

This is hilarious because I spent three years as a wee boy in Plymouth (after a year in Plymton which probably has an effect on my opinion). My favourite place in England tbh but more because of the people (kind of like East Kilbride) although you grow up an expert on Sir Francis Drake (cult like down there). Point about Danny Wilson, think he got jaded as he stepped backwards towards Rangers and he got to see what the step up to Liverpool level entails. It's possible that football wasn't a chore for him, and later you have to make decisions about the level of commitment in your life to it. Even change within an organization can impact your outlook especially when that young. Anyway, another engaging episode lads.

The thing that always struck me about Warburton was that him and Davie Weir seemed to be the entire senior coaching staff. I don't ever remember anyone else being involved. Even when they posed for photos, it was always just those two plus Frank Envelopes.

I remember this slump very well and got into a discussion at the time thar Warburton wouldn’t have beaten the Hearts team to top of championship with the team Hearts had previous season as he wasn’t street wise enough.

Plan B is to make Plan A better, what utter bollocks from Warburton, and the 7 to 10 days nonsense when asked when a player would return from injury drove me nuts as well.
