Only one thing James Bisgrove said that sounded bad - “we are upgrading the ticketing system in time for next season “ 🙈. Is he really saying season 24/25 before we get a ticketing system that doesn’t drive you mad when you try to give the club our hard earned cash ?

Yeah, at the fans forum he went into the reasons why it will be then. Ie the putting out to tender process, the new systems to be used etc. just takes a wee bit longer

Between the lines, it sounds like there won't be a new DOF (or equivalent). Things may be working ok between Beale and the board just now, but it seems like really short term thinking.
