Beale quite upbeat despite that appalling performance on Saturday. Does he get it. Does he know why we’re angry. Does he recognise that his tactics weren’t fit for purpose. Does he recognise that he selected the wrong team. For some of us this is our lives. We just can’t hand them trophies without any fight. Yeah it’s the first game and we have many new players but where’s the spark.

Why does nobody at the press conference ask Beale straight up about appalling decisions etc I don't mean in an argumentative way but why does everyone hop around the subject and let him reply with something quite vague? The questions are ideal for him. Why not tell Beale the general attitude amongst the fans is that the wrong team is continuously being picked, that lundstrum isn't good enough, does he believe his tactics are good enough to win the league because the fans don't ? Every question is always a bit easy and every press conference is the same answers

So if the above was asked - are you hoping we changed tactics on the back of him hearing the fans aren’t happy with it? Or are you wanting an explanation of what we are trying to do? If it’s the latter I’d say that’s a fair shout - given the players we have signed it seems unlikely we are going to change shape - the only wingers we have or wright and matondo.

You don’t ‘tell’ the manager anything at a press conference. It’s not a feedback session. If you went in there and started lecturing a manager at any club PC you’d be stopped by the club’s PR officer and they’d move on. And as Gregg says what do you expect him to say? ‘Cheers for that mate, I hadn’t realised that player was pish but now you’ve said it he’s toast’?

Feedback session 😂 I wrote the comment still raging from Saturday. But I'm not entirely sure tbh. I just feel some questions are easy for Beale to dance around . Could you have asked something like ... what do you feel lundstrum brought to that game and what was your reason to start him? Do you believe the energy and attitude of the players was right on Saturday? Do you genuinely believe the squad have the mentality to win the league? Not too sure what you can ask and what you can't . I want a fucking written apology from him 😂
