If we're being honest with ourselves Tav's legs went a good half year before Seville and they're not going to come back. Apologies like but there's a brutal car crash on the horizon with our fullbacks, they turn like milk and run like a turd after a Sunday Roast. Souttar Motm.

Alex, it was the fact Borna is holding the ball and cantwell standing next to him. Tav was the opposite side and jogged over then put a terrible ball in. The groans were more than justified

Danilo far better through the middle with 2 wide men. Thought Matondo and Sima were excellent when they came on and really stretched Livi with their pace. Well done to both. Dessers looks miles off it and is slow but I’m not going to write him off yet. We are showing signs of progress 👏👏

Have to agree with you billy to many of our fans write off players after 5 minutes , “drossers” as they say will be a world beater if he scores winner against the Tims , reality is some players take more time than others to settle into a new team , we as supporters should do more of that …..support

Alex, just admit that Tav's been crap all season, plus last season. That corner you just excused was a disgrace. Time to drop him and try Sterling. It's a bad day when Borna's better than Tav. Can't see that changing. Tav slows everything down with his constant passes BACKWARDS to Souttar or 5 yards inside to whoever. I'm going to take a notebook to Ibrox every game and tick boxes that show his overall stats ie. misplaced passes, overhit crosses, hitting 1st defender, losing possession and trundling back. Let's see if this guy Sterling can do better - starting against Morton.

I'm a so-called fan who's been going to Ibrox for nearly 63 years so I think I've seen a few hundred Gers players and can tell ones who will never make it in this league. Forget this nonsense about players not "being up to speed" or team not "gelling". A good player should be able to show SOMETHING , even if he appeared in the team straight off a plane. A few passes, a bit of ball control, even just running around, showing guts or determination. Our number 9 and 99 ( to a lesser extent) haven't even given us a few signs. Compare to Ciufuentes who looks a real star in the making.

I’m same, avoid social media due to the clowns on there and like the balance on here however lately there seems a lot more moaning and general slagging everything off than usual and that’s only after 3 competitive games. Hope this podcast doesn’t turn into FB or Insta with moon howlers everywhere. Everyone is entitled to opinions and love a balanced argument however to write we were shite and player A or Player B is pish 3 games into a new season actually guts me to see and read.

How Alex can say Yilmaz is a better option is ridiculous in my opinion. We paid what £5m for this guy and how many games has he played 12 if that? Yilmaz is a guy we need to be looking to get shot of.

Dessers will come good, remember how long it took the likes of Big Dado & Hateley to find their feet. He just doesn’t look sharp yet, which granted, is quite strange given he’s played a few 90. Maybe he just needs to relax. Im hopeful Danilo & Sima will settle now they are off the mark. Signs today with that 1st goal that the link up play is coming along nicely 🇬🇧

Tav has been garbage for 18 months in open play. Set pieces are not the measure of a right fullback.

Comment from plodders fair. It wasn’t terrible and there were some signs of recovery but by the same token Livingston really offered very little in terms of any threat. Probably where we hoped to be in the pre season games but no more than that. Positives were the CB’s, some better middle to front link up and Cifu looking the part. Can’t get on board with the OTT enthusiasm any more than I agree with the totally negativity, it was better but OK and no more. The nagging feeling remains we just aren’t ruthless or clinical enough but that could change if things click.

When Gio was in charge, we never took inswingers, and as a result, we rarely did anything from corners. Beale comes in, most corners were inswingers, and we were far more dangerous. I have no problem with Tav coming over to take inswingers (and Borna on the other side) … ok it takes a few seconds more - certainly not the 3 to 4 minutes Laura suggested - but inswinging corners tend to cause chaos and thus are far more likely to result in a goal.

I immediately corrected the 3 to 4 minutes. Sometimes my brain moves too quickly for my mouth and I don’t quite get out what I mean to say, I know it didn’t take that long!
