On this week's episode of The Forum, Martyn is joined by Adam, Stuart and David Marshall to try and win the listener vote with their Best Rangers XI from the Noughties. Heard this many times before? Probably, but here there is a catch. Any player can only be picked once, four entirely different XIs need to be selected and by the time it comes to the 10th and 11th picks, the boys start to wonder if Karl Svensson was really that bad after all.

This is the The Rangers Draft and you get to choose the best one when the poll goes live tomorrow!

Enjoyable episode gents, the lack of good quality fullbacks is an eye opener. I do feel an opportunity was missed by embracing Walters tactics and having a McCulloch RM as one of the picks etc. The 02/03 side shined the brightest but it was Walter who was the most successful in the league in that period (if we rope in the final season of 3iar)

Long day when Rangers play at night, so went for a 5th team from the reserves squad. Niemi Van Bronckhorst - F De Boer - Kyriakos- Steven Smith Kanchelskis- Hemdani - Edu - Nuno Capuchi Negri - Rod Wallace Slim pickings to be far and not always based on what they did at Rangers, but works quiet today 😃

Call me secthairian, but I was disappointed with Martyn choosing Kenny Miller. Amato would have been a better choice - Caniggia, Pršo and Amato. Surely the greatest hair of any front 3 of this, or any other, era.

Feel like Martyn's got this one, the best back line without a shadow and a decent midfield to attack imo. Thought Johanssen was a fair pick for the lads struggling with the attack, he was pretty prolific when given minutes although maybe the bulk of that was pre 2000. Underrated. Great show lads.
