I’m worried that once again, Beale credited the manager of, no offence, a lesser team. Saying Dougie Imrie got his tactics and game plan spot on. Michael, you’re a far better coach than him with far better players. You’re strategy should be getting the job done a lot easier

Maybe now the anti Tav brigade will give it a rest. They wanted Sterling to be given a chance, he was and he looked poor with a very poor delivery. Tav will remain 1st choice until we have someone better or even his equal, it didn’t look like sterling will take his place anytime soon.

No comment from manager or podders unfair or off the mark but….this is clearly systemic and we have a decent sample size to suggest some merging at the core of the squad or tactics isn’t right. Beale just doesn’t influence the games for me as much as others seem to see, he is basically admitting most weeks that the team didn’t understand or didn’t do what he wanted from them . Lundstrum must be moved on, he is woeful.

Every one of our back 5 stand at over 6’3 yet we still can’t make first contact with crosses,throws etc…most of the Morton players were so out of shape you would have smirked at them if they had rocked up at my 5s game on a Thursday yet Lundstram still struggled to even look remotely decent against them….I really struggle to see major improvements from this side over the season

the subs and move to 352 changed the game, Hagi is more valuble at the moment than Lammers, he wants to play and needs to play.

It’s embarrassing how excited and hyped our fans get over players…it must be a measure of were we are….Raskin was going “straight to the Prem” last week after having a decent 45 minutes against Dug meat ,the same crap is starting to get spewed about the Ecuadorean lad after 2 games now we’re hearing it about a 20 minute cameo from Hagi against part timers 🤦‍♂️….that mob across the city have far better players who can hardly get a game and want away yet we seem to cling on to anything

It’s amazing how many times an opposition team only need 1 pass against us and they’re basically in on goal,no matter their quality…we just have this uncanny ability to make ANY side look decent

For all the money spent in the summer the same structural issues that have been there for seasons remain. Poor in both boxes, giving away chances and not taking the chances we create. We also continue to give far too much respect to opposition teams. We talk about showing respect to the opposition continually before games and then seem to spend the first half of games doffing our caps. I don’t think Beale is going to win things for us unfortunately. The next investment after edminston house and the squad needs to be a proven manager when the time comes

I can’t understand how Hagi isn’t in the managers first 11, never mind his second 11. The difference in the team when a ball player came on today was exceptional. Hopefully this will convince the manager that he needs to change his thinking and philosophy.

Almost every game the defence comes away with a howler, often more than once. The ball over the top catches us out so often and we've seen that EL final goal time after time in so many other games. It's beyond a joke now.

I think Cifuentes and Dowell were meant to fulfill that role today and Cifu was excellent, TBF. However, I agree, we should be seeing a lot more of Hagi.

Genuine question!….Who was our last player who had genuine quality to really make a difference over the course of a season?….guys like Morelos,Kent,Tav have had sporadic bursts but I struggle to think of a consistent good performer

Don’t want to even mention that mob or any of their players past or present by name but they always seem to have multiple players who consistently do the business for them no matter who their manager is

Agree and it feels horrible that after only two weeks into the season that most Bears are already consigning themselves to another long (and unsuccesful) campaign. Hard to imagine only 5 weeks ago I was excitedly anticipating a new season with a new squad of players ready to bring back the good old days of winning silverware. Hate too say it but the football on show is everything i thought we'd seen the back of, it is slow, turgid, unimaginative and instantly forgetable.
