More time travelling through the decades, as Alan covers three fantastic Old Firm victories. Also news, movies, signings, birthdays and a brilliant selection of music.

Great show Alan

Mark Brown

Brilliant as always 👍

Steve Clark

Great point about the 86/87 team.the league cup final win v Celtic only two of that team were new players woods and butcher.although we finished miles behind the league the season before we only lost to Celtic once.

Johnnie Mitchell

Thanks for the mention Alan, but the loss of all that data was feck all to do with me. Great listen as always. Definitely should be the new format moving forward. 3 victories over the mhockits and you can play any music you want. I could watch that bit of footwork from Davie Cooper 🥲 on loop forever and the finish from Durrant. Wow. Monday morning and I’ve now got The Battle Fever on already. Cheers

David Baillie

Great stuff Alan. Iconic tunes and iconic games. A great start to what could be a massive week. Rock on.

Ryan Macdonald

The drum intro to rock n roll a stark reminder that it’s Monday again. Great show again though, big fan.

David Best

Great show mate and for the first time I got all three years right. I am currently out celebrating

AGS

Loved the clearing of the throat as you mentioned Steven Naismith 🤠

Alan Bradley

Pace yourself with the battle fever pal, don’t want you wrecking bits of Cyprus after a Gers win.

Alan Bradley

Was about to go into a rant, but thought best to pause and count to ten. Diplomatic to a fault. 😉

Dougie McAllister

Great show Alan... talking heads "stop making sense" the best live album ever and the video was also outstanding... 3 Great games 👍🏻

Kirk Guthrie

Really enjoy the variety of this show, brilliant listen today. Making Mondays a little brighter!

Steffen McAndrew

Excellent show. Fine music and great nostalgia.

Graham Robertson

Great show so many great memories going back to the 70’s and 80’s and love all your rock , punk and indie my kinda scene , keep up the good work 👍

Alan Bradley

Thanks for all the positive comments everyone. Much appreciated.

John Walker

Durrants goal is one the best against them think me ,you and john lauded over it on the SSS pod.

Alan Bradley

Definitely, just the brilliance of Coop making them look so stupid and the way wee Ian timed his run to perfection. The slight pause before slotting it away, followed by the pie as he runs by Davie to celebrate.

Jim Bennett

Sorry Alan, a bit late in catching up with this show, but wow, Talking Heads, Steely Dan, The Doobie Brothers, Bruce Hornsby & the Range, fantastic & the football wasn't bad either 👍🏻😀

Alan Bradley

Thanks Jim glad you enjoyed it. Next week’s will be a bit more mainstream, but hopefully some decent tunes and several nice footie memories too.
