Would it be fair to say, and admit, that Postecoglou is a top manager who potentially could get a bigger job than Spurs, no disrespect, in the future ?

Calum Robertson

Given their mixed start to the season, was Newcastle getting CL qualification so quickly after the takeover and the subsequent jump in expectations too much too soon ? Always thought them getting Europa League would have given a decent chance of doing something and most definitely if they only got in the Europa Conference

Maybe - but then why was he cutting about Feegie Park at the age of nearly sixty? It doesn't make any sense.

Unfortunately I think it’s a case of European snobbery towards coaches or managers from “the New World”. Australia and the United States have some real rising stars coming through right now. Definitely watch this space 👍

Scott Christian

Did waiting until now for end of season predictions change your initial thoughts on who would finish where, i.e. has it been anything other than an expected start to the league?

Douglas Innes

The older I get the less I enjoy television football especially highlights but was at Leeds v Brighton last year 2-2 draw very entertaining game but watching Brighton was an absolute pleasure the whole team moves in and out of possession ,bar for Wellbeck being Wellbeck they really shouldve been out of sight , I think its only " live " in person do you actually get to see it

Ross Thomson

When can you see Pep leaving City and how much of a drop-off will there be when he does? Can't see anyone else winning the league until he departs. Could say the same with Klopp at Liverpool.

I was the exact same David. I just think it’s something that’s ingrained in us growing up where we do.

Lynsey Roddy

Hope the recuperation goes well Andy! If you’re into French films there’s a series on Prime called ‘Baron Noir’ it’s fabulous.

How can a team like Chelsea spend billions and still look average? Surely there is a serious concern that if Todd gets bored sitting mid table he loses interest in the club and they face real financial consequences. The EPL is desperate to avoid the government appointing someone to watch over what they are doing but from the fans point of view is this something that needs to happen rather than should?!

Just as a follow up to this rather than imposing financial caps etc… could the rules be imposed on a maximum squad size and a cap of youth squads. This would stop teams like Chelsea just buying all the decent young players and spread it across more teams?

Do you think the Glazers will ever sell Man Utd? Or are they just taking the piss.

Martin Mcinnes

Seem a video about how Pep has recruited a specific type this summer, in ball carrying player's. Essentially to counter the way teams could beat his current set up with a high attacking press short pass system. My questions, are the days of Pep's snap over thinking possibly behind him after the treble win, with the fact he is already implementing the next phase before its even been fully worked out by opponent managers? Also where do you see him currently sitting at the GOAT manager table, both EPL era and all time Link to the clip, found it interesting https://youtu.be/IRhBrioRels?si=Sp-boUOPjn8PQmdL

I’m with Jack that I believe Howe will go. Probably before Christmas not sure about first. This would be the perfect opportunity to make that 1st Big statement signing and bring in a quality proven manager. Who do you think they will go for? I’ve got a feeling it could be Conte

Colin McPherson

First time I have ever been mentioned on the predictor in all these years. I take this as a victory in itself! Top 10 baby!!!
