I would just like to say that I'm absolutely sick to death of the narrative from the club, social media and podcasts being that we (the fans) are to blame. The narrative is it's our fault we are where we are because of booing. It's an incredible position to take and is really telling of where we are as a club. 15000 on waiting list for season ticket, sold out away sections every game, but it's our fault.

Scarily the fight now isn't for the championship, this team will have to fight for their lives to get 2nd and I do mean that, fight for their lives. The quality just isn't there, nobody brave enough to demand the ball and inspire the rest of the team, zero leadership. Whoever comes in after Beale is going to have some job on their hands trying to fix the mess he has left this squad, it could take several windows.

The revisionism to elevate this guy to manager and the ‘let’s get behind the team’ brigade would have you believe he was some form of super coach. What i find hard is the likes of Bennet wouldn't countenance this in their business world at all any fund manager that performed like this would be out the door but he minute these guys get into football they become muppets.

What a mess we are in. Beale has taken us back pre Gerrard, that rangers team is comparable to Pedro and even McCoist side. Board need to act fast and sort this before it gets any worse. Looking back Gio got a rough ride and didn’t get backed the way this clown has. New Manager needs to change captaincy first and foremost, no manager can hang their hat on Tav anymore, we need rid of the serial losers in this side and I include Goldson too. Thing is we can be critical of fans berating the players, the team generally, or Beale and his ‘style of play’ or lack of it, but after a number of games now where we’ve played like strangers and with little style, this was inevitable and very much deserved. That coupled by highly questionable, prized signings who cost (for us) a major outlay in fees and wages losing to another poor outfit today. In the first half hour they were rubbish and should have been dead and buried. They hardly improved thereafter. I have some sympathy with the number of injuries etc but it’s the managers job to deal with setbacks and let’s face it, our first choice team were hardly tearing it up. However, if Beale gets the chop then there are a number of players with temperament issues whose Rangers career must be questioned. Tavernier, Goldson, Barasic for example, because they are going to get any manager who comes to Rangers the sack. They have done it before and they’ll do it again. Last day of September and the league looks already lost to a piss poor Celtic team. I don’t think the fans deserve to be faced with that prospect stretching out to next May. I wouldn’t like to be the directors having to try and salvage something from all this. It’s an absolute shambles.

Glad Cammy commented on the lack of players crowding the ref when bad decisions constantly go against us. I mentioned it in the exec report, and others on social media have skimmed around it too. Every other team we play, Scottish and Europe, do it. We don't. We bend over and accept wrong decisions, that challenge on Goldson etc.

I've been calling Dessers, Drossers for months and guys on here have been telling me to give him a chance, settle in - all that crap. He's a Dud - the kind of signing that gets managers the sack. Today was his piece de resistence: missed a sitter early on then 2 easy headers. Caused the start of events that led to the 2nd goal by heading the ball from the corner up into the air, in the box. Before that, gave the ball away in the box and from the resulting cross Miovsky headed off the post. Drossers has already given away 2 pens at Ibrox. He's more dangerous towards us, rather than the opposition. Completely useless. MOST of us could see that months ago - why not Beale? Lovelace couldn't be any worse AND if he IS, what the hell is going on with our " coaches" ?

Billy, no need to apologise but thanks. Sometimes with new players you can tell early on if they're any good or not. Most of us knew in the 80s that Craig Patterson, Gregor Steven, Colin McAdam were hopeless. Under McLeish, Mladenovic was an obvious dud - among others. Under Warburton, Garner comes to mind. I've been going to Ibrox since 1960 and believe me, I've seen many. You're probably too young to be cynical like me. My friends know that one of my mantras is MANAGERS KNOW NOTHING - at least, less than fans sometimes!

How one of KT or NM etc are not involved in the club is Beale's biggest stupidity. Beale and his utterly hopeless support team (his biggest problem, they are so far out of their depth). Tav must go, this idea a Captain in Scottish football and a Rangers captain is not important really have no idea of where Scottish football stands in world football, it's basic and the influence of the captain is still major.

I think he was more referring to the fact that Tav is exhausted and needs a rest and Beale refuses to recognise it. He's getting older, so his failings are more obvious and he needs managed better. I don't get the constant "go-to" of Barisic-bashing and we all know that Goldson is good but not great. The problem is now that they are the common factor in what has been months of mediocrity. The new flops are the icing on a really shitty cake.

Although i do blame Beale I’m growing frustrated at the lack of enthusiasm and effort from a load of our players. Regardless of ability i expect Rangers players to burst s gut every game and i just dont see it from these overpaid wasters. Theres very few I’d want to keep tbh. I was best man at another Patrons wedding yesterday. I’d teased him about making us miss the game. When we checked the score before the speeches, I genuinely thanked him for making sure we missed the game. Watched the highlights in a hungover state this morning. Now listened to this. I’m absolutely dumbfounded that we are in the position. All that money in the summer, to get the targets the manager wanted, and they’ve been rotten. Also you’ve all hit the nail on the head, in terms of asking players like Davies and Wright to contribute when we were publicly doing every thing we could to try and sell them a couple of months back
