Content

Adam is joined first of all by German football expert Abel Mezaros and in the second half by Ally Bain and German journalist and tactics writer Constantin Eckner of Spielverlagerung to discuss Oliver Glasner.

We begin by discussing Glasner's career so far before digging into his managerial style.

We then discuss more about his personality, his team's style of play, and how transferable that might be to a club like Rangers.

Probably won’t listen to this, could end up with major FOMO.

Scott McKenzie

Nice to hear Abel for the first time in a while

Gareth bennie

If he does end up coming, he better not try and sign Rafael Santos Borre. I’m not sure I could cope with that 😂

Andrew Whiteside

I am sure he is a great coach but did not get the same feeling as I have about Muscat or Clement.

AmoRangers

Pro bald bias shinning (pun intended) through on this pod pal.

Scott

Don’t want Glasner, but Constantine was fantastic to listen to.

Angus Mackay

Hey Adam, I just wanted to thank you for this excellent series of pods. All the right questions asked and answered in an informative way that helps us all make an informed decision about who we think will work. Personally I think Clement's European success, big club experience and probably greater pragmatism swings it in his favour. Having said that, after listening to your pod I'm a lot more open to a Muscat appointment. As much as I enjoyed this pod and the contributors (Newcastle, LOL) I don't think Glasner is our guy. Thanks again, Adam - outstanding work.

Craig

Informative discussions, doesn't seem like he'd be a good fit for us beyond maybe galvanising the current group for a while.
