Fluent in Italian? The only word I know is innuendo which means suppository

Damn Charlie, nobody likes a show off, I missed a chance for me to play another Queen track there. :-)

You b!!@ard for once I thought I would get the kennedy's on air. Dog bite is a bit much I'll agree try chicken run or moon over Marin for your sensitive ears. Peaches 👍. Was at the inter game. Sure we wore white top that night. Ally missed a pure sitter in the first leg which would have made the difference . Celtic game brought my good mate ( west ham ) up for that one. Great to beat land of the giants fc that night.Good stuff once again Al , and yes blue Nile had some good tunes but never in the same league as DOG BITE

Kev Roberts

Nice little Monday listen as usual Well done Alan 👏

David Baillie

Great show Alan. I have 2 standout memories of the Inter game. Rangers kicking off with 7 players lined up along the centre line to show intent. And, much as it pains me to admit it, Liam Brady was one of the best midfielders I’ve seen at Ibrox in what was a star studded Inter team.

We were definitely going for it!! Hope you didn’t sing Brady’s praises on the supporter’s bus going home. 😂

Tom McDavid

Blue Nile 👌. Remember Inter Milan game well. Iain Ferguson says it’s favourite career goal.

Ryan Macdonald

First old firm game November 2004! My old man took me and sat in the Copland Front. One of my favourite memories.

Definitely something you never forget. Unfortunately my first Old Firm was in 1973 and we lost 2-1. Thankfully I’ve seen many victories since then.

Derek Murray

Get the DKs on Alan !! Holiday in Cambodia 🇰🇭 On fitba front - had the white Norn Irn away top in 82 signed by big John McClelland - can rem him being a colossus of a man - Really liked him but some fellow supporters did not share my appreciation … did he not leave under peculiar circumstances?

Not sure mate. I just thought it had came down to Gers refusing to break the rigid, same wage structure for all. Think it was Souness that changed that in 86?

Steffen McAndrew

That Inter Milan team had some phenomenal players. Liam Brady was a wonderful footballer (even after booing!).

David Best

We had Inter worried that night and what a strike from Ferguson! 2/3 today - quite pleased with that mate. Great show

Steffen McAndrew

I remember the 2004 league Cup QF...I was in Rome!! Did we not go into that game having lost about 6 or 7 old form games on the spin?

Angus Mackay

Great show as always Alan, 2 out o 3 this week , can’t believe I got the inter Milan victory wrong tho !!!!

stevan castrissios

Superb podcast always enjoyable. I’d forgotten how good some of Alison Moyet’s songs are.
