And if we thought the past 4 years were bad! 😬

Joey Barton is up there with the Worst Players to have ever played for our Club and the way he talked about Rangers after he left. Such a Wanker of a Guy. I never liked him before, during and after Rangers.

Thumbnail giving me the boak 🤮😂

Joey Barton , kinda knew what to expect - controversy , he was a dick at Newcastle & Man City . Was quite pissed we signed him , he proved me correct u fortunately

Graham Leggate

The HIBs game for me also. Same reasons 🍺 🥃

Jack Mair

Joey Barton has just been on a podcast and it’s 4 AND A HALF HOURS LONG! His career wasn’t even that long. Just loves his own voice

Fraser Hutcheson

If we thought “someone shut him up” about Barton at that point, his twitter feed in last 24 hrs😳

Paul Dunnachie

What a picture to go with 😳 Seemed like a great signing for a couple of days but quickly unraveled as his arrogance about himself started coming through. Should have been a key player for us but completely underestimated the environment. Did make some very accurate & damning observations about the manager and the setup at the time but none of that outweighs the sheer waste of an opportunity on his part.

David Innes

I have to hold my hands up and say I thought Barton would be a great signing. Despite being a total dick I think he still might have been a good Rangers player under a different manager

Luke Day

Excellent show as always but I think you said joey Barton’s name too many time and brought him back from obscurity.

Gary Brown

Enjoyed that. Thanks lads. Its fair to say far too many in our fanbase really did think we were actually going for 55. David mentioned realism and that's not a trait the majority of our fans have. We'd played some lovely football, the joy of the game was back AND we had beaten that mhob. (ignore the Cup Final, it doesn't fit the narrative!) The signings all looked promising, at the time. A blend of talented youth; Dodu was well rated & baby Gerrard was the steal of the century, plus some battle hardened pros, winners, in Senderos & Barton. Everyone (practically! There's always the doomsayers with us!) was very happy and excited about them - exactly like 4 mths ago! Odd how history repeats itself, eh? Thanks again lads, enjoying this series.

Pretty apt that this week a topic of discussion is Joey Barton’s hot takes.
