Following a wonderfully positive weekend of football, Rangers return to Ibrox on Tuesday evening to face an Aberdeen side that look to be ready to appoint a self proclaimed Rangers man as manager.

Alex, Hoggy and Steven are on hand to look forward to what promises to be a rocking night under the lights down Edmiston Drive.

Craig

Weird how the widespread transport issues only seem to come into effect when we're scudding a diddy team.

John Davidson

'Wonderfully positive'. I see what you did there after last week's misanthropefest!

Craig Fryatt

Well done Hoggy in demonstrating the tolerance and sanity that we will all require for the rest of the season, because I think it’s away to get mental

Rona Bluebell

Looking forward to tomorrow night 💙

Gordon Mac

Far too upbeat in here, I’m never coming back :P

Russ

Rallying cry from Stevie on the title race was brilliant, gets the temperature rising. C'mon Rangers!

Hoggy

I wasn’t always like this. And of course, lose to Neil Warnock’s Aberdeen and I reserve the right to lose my mind.

Craig Fryatt

Well you have a blazer to chase my friend. Get that silly thought of losing to my noisy north east neighbours out of your head.

John Davidson

The minute we stop being able to laugh at ourselves is the minute to stop doing whatever we're doing. Thanks for the great pod. 👍

Bob MacCallum

Fans leave early because they're bored as the players just go through the motions with the game won. All the team has to do is keep the intensity up and keep trying for more goals. Simples!

Latimer

Hope Sterling comes in not Raskin

Douglas Innes

Great preview , but even now lads are lining up to blame the board/management for not getting a striker in ...... just to say " we told you so " Personally speaking I'm positive we've the goals in the team to win this title

Russ

Also lads I try to travel up from Birmingham a couple of times a month to see the team and it would be almost comical if I exited at 70. Sketch show stuff. Like the UB and Broomloan Collective preach, Stay For 90, Sing for 90.

Brett

We have so many games coming up, we should be taking it easy with 20 to go and managing games. If we went all out for 90 and dropped points because we are tired the same fans that want intensity will be the ones moaning at our “fitness”.

James McNeill

Brilliant preview as always lads, nothing wrong with the negativity last week. Most fans felt the same

Gregg

Some really good points - esp about the timing of transfers setting the narrative. Thought that was a great point. Silva looks a real player - as he should. Onward!!

Bob MacCallum

True but it's supposed to be entertainment, fun - not a drudge. Why should fans stay till the end if they're bored. PS that's why we have 5 subs now! We can give half the players a "rest" for the final 20 minutes if necessary.

Rick Swan

Sorry but too much time repetitively rambling on about a team currently sitting 8th in the league. Time better spent taking a breath and justifying the unnecessary rant of the last preview.

Ronnie Gallacher

I think the manager is helping this squad reach its potential. Previous managers and lack of systems and structure has had fans doubting whether the players were good enough, they absolutely are!! Let’s stop all the negativity around this squad, let’s support them and push them to a win tonight and this title (and Scottish Cup).

Ronnie Gallacher

PS Hoggy, in your summary you ask we take account of the ‘point in time’ when the shows are recorded. I accept that however we can have opinion and be critical of the performance of the team or in the case of the previous pod, the transfer window however some of the criticism of players and the club is extreme in cases. That’s where I struggle at times.

Angus Mackay

Great pod guys, and terrific research by Stevie as always. I hope you weren’t affected by the fall out from last week, Stevie; I’m sure a lot of people highly value your contribution, I certainly do. Regarding the final point that was made to you about the timing of the Silva transfer, Hoggy. I agree that bringing him in late would have been a really strong narrative to end the window with, but I also think the club did the right thing in getting Silva in early and getting him up to speed during January. Acting for the sake of narrative can be debilitating and counterproductive, so I’m glad that the people in charge are smarter than that. I think you probably agree, I just thought the point was worth making.

Steven Harrigan

Thank you, no not at all. It was how I felt and still do, doesn't mean I don't think we are winning this title. Appreciate the kind words, criticism is fine and part of it. Just different views. That's all. All welcome.
