Missing the chances wouldn't have mattered if it wasn't for another cluster fk of a concession.

Good effort and intent, some great stuff from Dessers but again Goldson bullied and a goal lost, the hype around him is mental. Absolutely not Souttars fault for me all on Goldson and he seems to be just the go to whipping boy. Bored seeing Goldson look about to blame someone else. Forward play was excellent and Ross County fought tooth and nail which can’t be underplayed as we still kept going for 90+. Excellent win and 3 points well won. Souttar outstanding again and delighted he got a goal. Cantwell outstanding as was Cortes. Thoroughly enjoyed that game, goal difference doesn’t matter tonight that’s for another day.

Tom

You know that Ross County have never beaten Rangers? Tom Miller never mentions it.

We will win this league on points . Not loose it with the goals we never got tonight People saying it feels like a defeat ?? Wow 🫣🫣🫣

Best we've played in a long time. The midfield 3 were excellent. Let's take the positives from tonight and there were plenty. Someone is going to take a hammering from us soon if we keep this up.

The only concern I have from tonight was , yet again Goldson failing to defend a goal that he’s been culpable of causing before . The first 20 mins was great and overall a very good performance with a crucial 3 points , all we have to do is continue getting these , never mind goal difference. Well done to the team tonight 👏👏👏

Agree completely We've had a 7 point swing, our performances continue to improve and our new signings all look like they will make an impact, the trend is only going one way

Feels like a defeat? Get tae... Who we got next? Oh aye. St Johnstone away. Them Killie at home. (2 wins already this season for Killie!) 1 better in GD compared to their result is all it takes! Of course Mr/Mrs 'feels like a defeat' obviously had that in mind, guess the brain just didn't communicate that quickly enough to their arse before it started talking. I reckon that's the best I've seen us playing since 55 season. Big Phil managed (in the true sense of the word) what he had until the winter break and did great. He did not change much in style of play or tactically. Since winter break got 3 new players, who're bedding in quickly and we've adopted a visibly new style of attacking play. He got the team happy, comfortable & confident with who they actually are and what they were doing. And fitter! Now he's pushing them to do different, develop, learn and be better tactically & more dynamic, because they're now fit enough to do so. What we saw tonight is the start of what he expects them to do every game - but better and against better. Nicking Castore's mantra 'Better never stops'. It's certainly what the manager believes is the road to success and what he wants from his players. And I for one am totally confident he'll succeed. So pleased with tonight's performance, plenty to be happy about. Aye, ok, we missed a lot of chances. Be a whole different story if it was the case we hadn't created any. Goldson now becoming a concern. He's always been solid practically all the time but when he made the rare mistake it almost always led to a goal conceded. He's making mistakes more often! We have plenty to look forward to.

We won the match and that was the goal. Maybe there’ll be less arrogance and a bit more humility among some people now. League titles are never easy, and some supporters have either forgotten how difficult they can be at time, and others simply have no memory of a proper title race. We sometimes forget that there are kids who need to be educated what a title race can look like. If we stopped the ball from coming in to might then we’d be sitting top of the league, so maybe that’s something for the management to get across to the defence. They’ve been really good since he came in, but clean sheets win titles, and always have. That was what won Graeme Souness his first title all those years ago, and why he bought Terry Butcher and Chris Woods in the first place.

This Souttar was caught under the ball narrative is utter bollocks.

Spoon

Nah not for me hear that said a few times about him, he is let down by others not covering. Defend as a team and the defender who goes to ball needs partner to cover. The ball goes to corner and Goldson loses out, nothing to do with Souttar.

Spoon

Agree 100% mind boggling stuff, Souttars issue is that he’s the Scottish one….

Latimer

I'm not sure people understand what caught under the ball means.
