Is there wisdom in defences winning titles? The one season we won the league since coming back we were stellar in defence and it's trending the same way this season, is that just a coincidence or should it be a focus for us as a club? Raskin- Do we sell in the summer if we get a decent bid ? I like the lad but not seen enough in his time here to be a big game player. His end product is usually poor. If we can make a few quid on him I think we should sell.

Clement to me is our best fit as manager in a long time as his mid level playing career has him understanding our players relatable ability and what instructions they can then carry out. This makes winning easier to do with fewer other instructions to work through which I think shows in our results, am I alone in seeing this?

Good shout. PC is not unique though, plenty excellent managers weren't top level players eg Klopp, Walter Smith, Mourinho & 100s more. But your analysis of why it works is spot on.

Scott has a great attitude and works hard for his team - traits the manager values extremely highly. Picked mainly when we play on the SPFL coo fields. Runs the hard yards and chasing lost causes. These are obviously no good for ball carriers like him when he actually gets the ball. His attitude & tempement suit that situation better than the other more skillful ball carriers we have. He's less likely to become despondent & cope better - even if it's just for 1st half to tire or rattle that side of the defence.
