I really like this finale, I think it ties the season up really well, the journey that Clara's character went on this season trying to balance a new Doctor with a new relationship is probably my favourite for a companion as well as Danny's ending, I am a suckered for beautiful tragedies, pyrrhic victories & poignant deaths Missy is a really good incarnation of The Master, love her evil Mary Poppins aesthetic

The previous Master didn't die on screen in The End of Time, he seemingly got pulled back to Gallifrey on the last day of the Time War. So when the Doctors saved Gallifrey they saved the Master too.
