here is my edited reaction to buffy the vampire slayer season 2 episode 4 "inca mummy girl"

definitely a more "fun" episode but i think it also has some progressions for willow and xanders dynamic!

I can’t believe that Anthony Stewart Head has died- it still doesn’t feel real: he was a major reason, why Buffy worked so well, and it’s impossible to imagine anyone else in the role. He was the perfect father figure on the show: both to Buffy, and the other young characters, but also to us viewers as well. Judging by what everyone has said about him, he seemed like an incredibly sweet, and lovely gentleman: I’ve yet to see anyone say a single bad thing about him, which is virtually unheard of these days. He seemed to really love his time on Buffy, and was still happy to talk about it with fans, or in interviews, decades after it ended: some actors just become synonymous with certain roles; and while he played countless different parts, in numerous tv shows, movies, etc, Anthony Stewart Head will always be Rupert Giles to some of us. It’s going to make it hard to watch the show, now that someone, who was a major part of what made Buffy the Vampire Slayer so incredible, is no longer with us.
