The closeted gay bully wasn't a well known trope back then, I do not remember seeing it before then but it might have been in stuff I did not watch. I like your shirt btw.

I don't know if you remember what I said a few months ago about how season two is really when the show picks up and becomes the thing people have known and loved for decades now. I think you're probably getting a sense of it at this point. Season one establishes the characters and the Buffy verse. Season two taps its potential. And it gets even better from there. There's still more than 5 seasons ahead of you! So happy you are enjoying the ride =)
