Hello, kiddos! I am a little under the weather this week, so Laryngology will be out next week, but I thought now would be a superb time to shine a light on photographer and naturalist Joseph Saunders, who gives us some valuable lessons and insight on photographing -- and appreciating -- the little things in life.

Since this first aired, Joseph now has CALENDARS for sale!

https://paraherpetologica.com/collections/calendar

It's January, friends, so get one of his before they sell out! He is so great, and you can support his art directly while having a year's worth of critters, herps, schpiders, birds and more.

Check out the episodes and then his wares! What did you think? Anyone starting to look at little critters as new friends?

Keep me posted,

Dadward Von Podcast

Aperiology (MACRO PHOTOGRAPHY) Encore with Joseph Saunders - alie ward

Lights! Cameras! Arachnids! And lizards and bees and beetles. Macro photography is like magic: curved glass gives an entirely new take on the world, from dust on a cricket's brow to a curious mantid stare to the elegant symmetry of spider whiskers. Joseph Saunders is an Oklahoma-based wildlife photo

Feel better Alie! 💚 Drink lots of H2O and get lots of sleep! (I heard that coming up with subjects and then alphabetically naming things from that subject helps. I wonder where I heard that from. 😉)

I think this episode may have aired before I started listening, so I am excited to enjoy it. Also I just joined the Patreon this month after a couple years of you adding wonderful listening to my 2 hr daily commute, so super happy for that too. Feel better Alie and thank you for all you do.!

Enjoying topics as of late, I found the oneirology episode to be dreamy. Not sure if you have done an episode on gut microbes, but that could be a fun one :D
