Dear Patrons,

I know many of you are eagerly awaiting the release of the next (last??) Napoleon video, so here's a quick update and some exclusive screenshots. This will be another 30 minute episode, covering the 1814 France campaign in detail, and tracing the movement of all the armies at the corps level. I also cover the diplomacy, betrayals and defeats that led up to Napoleon's abdication. The video will be available exclusively for Patron supporters this time next week (22 May), and look forward to hearing what you think of it! Until next week..

Gordian III

Do you cover (or mention) Marshal Davout's masterful hold of Hamburg in the next episode ?

Ioannis Kouriotis

Can't wait. 3 years patreon and I couldn't be more proud. Keep up the good work, mate.

EpicHistoryTV

It is mentioned, but not covered. It's an interesting little episode, but of course the real action is elsewhere..

Janan Sutherland

I thoroughly enjoy your productions. Fantastic. Your dedication to high quality is really evident and, for our sake, I hope you keep up and have fun while doing it ;) More Napoleon...please haha! Half kidding. I will be watching all your productions.

Walide

Wow the figures of the 6 days campaign are terrifying. Even severely outnumbered and with a lot of very young conscripts, Napoleon managed to inflict terrible casualties to his opponents. Incrediblew

EpicHistoryTV

Thanks Janan! It is often a lot of fun making these, particularly the little '3D' scenes.

Dan Jaggers

This is shaping up to be one heck of a finale, we may not get a detailed battle like we have come to expect from this series, but the details of the campaign alone should prove just as satisfying. Also are you planning in the future to launch a French Language version of your videos, just as you did with the Spanish Language spin off channel? Because I think the Napoleon series alone dubbed in French would certainly draw interest to the content on that channel.

Gavin Anand Saint Just Brown

Hi Toby. This has been a blast. I wish you could go into deeper details, but I appreciate people may want to move on to another topic.

EpicHistoryTV

Thanks Gavin. We shall see. We can always return later on.

EpicHistoryTV

Thanks Lysaniel! No plans for a French language channel at the moment, but it's possible.

Sean Leavey

Looking forward to this as always! What a fantastic series this has been. It was the first Waterloo video that got me hooked on Epic History TV. Keep up the great work as always.

Sitraka Forler

Nice !!!! A proof that Napoleon Bonaparte was a Military Genius; but also that even as bright you can be, you can t win against everyone on the long run.

Philip Liu

Hi Toby, as a Napoleon enthusiast since childhood, I really appreciate your great work for this series. I am also wondering whether you will make a short episode covering Napoleon's farewell to the old guard just like Alexander's EPIC speech you made? I've bought books from Osprey and am looking forward to the EPIC productions in the future.

EpicHistoryTV

Thanks Philip! I'm not currently planning an episode on the Fontainebleau speech, although it's an emotional moment for Napoleon's supporters. But I might look into doing more historic speeches in future.

Jack Militemus

Hey! ArmChair Historian have been releasing Teaser and Trailers... I'd enjoy and maybe it could get views on YouTube.

EpicHistoryTV

Hey Jack, yes I've done a few in the past, and I do a lot of teases on social media, but my view at the moment is that good trailers require time and attention, which is time I'm not editing the main video! Maybe in the future though.

EpicHistoryTV

I am exporting the final video now! Then just the upload..

Raul

I am readyy.

Alexandre Gianasso

A remake of the 100 days' campaign/Waterloo would be awesome!

Sakuraba216

The part on the 6 Days’ Campaign was so epic and the music was perfect. I must have rewatched that part about 50 times now.
