Ultimate Spider-Man Magazine - Story 11+12 (Patreon)

 Two more Spidey short stories written for Ultimate Spider-Man Magazine, published in the UK and Europe in a bunch of different languages. 

These stories use the continuity from the popular Ultimate Spider-Man: Web Warriors cartoon.

The first story has Spidey and the Hulk fighting the Wrecking Crew. The second one is Spidey on his own fighting Doc Ock's arms remotely while the villain is still trapped in prison.

Each of these stories had to be a complete Spidey tale told in 11 pages, but the first page was almost always a flash forward moment, so I really only had 10 pages to introduce a problem, bring in Spidey action, and then wrap it up in a satisfying way. Working on these self-contained stories taught me a lot about making every panel count.
