Madeline Jensen

The title of this episode is "Blues for Sister Someone"

Kate Baro

Alex's character growth is one of my favorites on television because they take their time with it and they don't change everything about him, it's not just one pivotal moment, there are so many that help him grow, some subtle, some not so much, but they all add up to an incredible arc that turns Alex into someone you can support and root for

Alicia

It's so subtle you almost don't notice it happening and it's one of my favorite things about the entire show

Kate Baro

Right. You just look at him one day and wonder when did that happen and you start thinking about it and all these small moments pop into your head. They're not significant until you see the result. The difference doesn't just co.e from his relationships, though have an impact, but from his work and his friendships. He is always a bit of an ass, but that's just alex. I love that when he gains positive influences from work and friends, it helps him to see himself in a different light. His changes aren't for others, they're mostly for himself. He says himself 'I never would have seen myself as the guy who makes the decisions' I'm sorry for going on, I could talk about his character arc all day lol

The peak asshole era for Alex was definitely these first few seasons. But the payoff is impeccable. Derek is about to turn into an asshole and I just need you to prepare to not like him for the rest of the season outside of being a doctor but he might redeem himself... The last four episodes are about to be so good. The next episode stands on its own. PLEASE PLEASE do not react to Episodes 25, 26, and 27 separately on different weeks. They are a 3 part arc.

Oooo I can’t wait for the next few episodes!!!

Ah, Danny, you're going on the rollercoaster of Alex Karev, but you're also misreading a bunch of stuff too involving him, can't wait for you to continue down this Grey's journey and find out what's to come.

My best guess is that there’s some trauma to his past that gave him this perspective. And I’m sure, if that’s the case, it’ll be something that will take me aback.

"It's my marriage" and if only Karev left it at " You can have enough money to get your other kids through college". The It's my marriage bothers me because if there's that much fear of what the husband would do than DIVORCE HIM. He's not worth that much fear, imo
