Can I just have a random art fan girl moment? I really love the way you draw hands!! There , ok, it's all out lol. Also, I was ready for Poppy to fight him more like she usually does. I was NOT expecting the little hamster to snatch that big mountain of a man, bring him down to her level, and slap a kiss on those lips. I did, however, cheer her on as if I were right there in the comic with her. She totally reduced him to goo on the inside and I loved every bit of it!!

MPL is beautifully perfect -- loads of humor balancing the serious and intense scene (💜 them both), romance, mystery, and suspense. -- Our Poppy has an inner gangsta waiting to come out! LOL! Scenes like where she scared Mr. Lam with her intensity, and then her swift and savage hamster skills with Tora on the roof... It makes me wonder who *really* needs the saving? 😉 If anybody tries to hurt her tiger, Poppy's comin' outta the cage like 🐹💥!

I made a long post and cannot find it, anyway....someone said there is a tiger on Poppy’s shirt over her heart which prompted me to look back and notice the tiger moves around her shirt from scene to scene and then moves to her chest/heart when Tora calls.

It’s funny that it’s like the placement of the Tiger on her shirt kind of mirrors her indecision or internal fight with how she feels toward Tora.

Poppy escapes from her thoughts of Tora while reading Quincey’s romance novel by heading to the roof to paint (but can’t really escape him because he calls soon after that). It was funny that it took me a second to realize that Poppy’s wall is full of romance novels and that’s why she is hiding all the titles. Makes you wonder when she said she didn’t have a tv and suggested Tora read something if she was subconsciously saying she is ready for more with Tora.

Also, Poppy let herself be very vulnerable with Tora falling asleep with him in her home, even if Jacob was watching. I love the way Tora never takes any liberties with Poppy physically (I don’t count the hand holding or cheek pinching). He is very careful not cross any lines even at a very tempting moment when she falls asleep, he doesn’t even run his fingers through her hair.......he has done a lot of talking with his actions in terms of how he feels about her.

I just got all caught up. I stopped at episode 16 and banked a bunch so I could binge. Best binge ever.
