I hope that Quincy isn't nervous but maybe just bolstering himself to talk to Tora. I'd like to hope that he's not as oblivious as he acts...he proved that he can read Tora when he carried him up the stairs that time and asked him if he was depressed. He clearly loves Tora and I suspect they're legitimately Brothers and I imagine that this is one of a few times he's seen Tora struggle emotionally this way.. I expect this to be a "bro what is wrong" moment once tora is off the invisible phone.
