Oda gave Zoro’s actor a huge statue of Whitebeard, about 1.5 meters tall, and said: “Since you’re playing Zoro now, you must be surrounded by an aura of power like Whitebeard’s.”

You witnessed history in anime! WhiteBeard the man who died Standing!!!!! And “The one piece is Real” Became one of the most memorable quotes in anime history!

Julio Castillo

You know what i love about Blackbeard? he feels like a genuine real-life pirate in a world of fantastical pirates. Marshall D. Teach is scheming, he's cunning, he backstabs and cowards in fear when cornered, and yet he's still incredibly powerful... he commands respect and fear because his ambition and daring is that great. That is one of the reasons he's my third favorite character (behind Sanji and Garp), he's an amazing Villain, and i seriously hope he becomes the final antagonist of this story. Also we continue this weird pattern of Teach always taking the first hit when he fights someone xddd. And yeah...... Whitebeard's Death is indeed one of the most epic in all of Anime.

Al Harbi

There’s Pirates, and there’s WB. In Ace flashback beginning of the arc with WB you can tell that he is not like other Pirates. “FAMILY” 🤍

Saydamn Tt

THE ONE PIECE IS REAL!

So you have asked a lot of questions like "what's next?" or "where do we go from here". Which while great questions already, become so much more interesting given Whitebeard's final speech. Roger's execution started the Great Pirate Era and then Whitebeard; who now know that despite not being interested in it, definitely learned from Roger so the the history and secrets, chose to do say this with his final words. It certainly makes the questions you have been asking a whole lot deeper, at least in my opinion

I got chills all over again when it watched the episode haha

mikeyventure

It’s interesting seeing how opposite him and Blackbeard are

mikeyventure

Yeah I like Blackbeard a lot for that reason as well

mikeyventure

I love that Whitebeard was the one to say it

A proud man that died with zero scars on his back. His death is one of the most badass moments in all of anime.
