Honestly.... eating Caribou's Devil Fruit and becoming a Mud Person wouldn't be so bad.... The Swamp-Swamp Fruit is unironically... one of the best Logia Devil Fruits in my opinion, simply because of the fact that it has the unique ability of creating a pocket dimension inside the mud... where you can store everything you want. That is a very useful power if you ask me. "What's this one in the background doing?" Fun Fact: that octopus lady is called Octopako and she's the crush of Hacchi. She appeared for the first time on Hacchi's Cover Story in the Manga... where he tries to win her love by giving her Takoyaki shortly after he met Caimi and Pappag. But Octopako is a very vain and snobbish woman so she rejects all of his kind gestures. The "Sunlight Tree Eve" is very interesting.... especially considering that the wood the Thousand Sunny was made with came from a Tree that Franky called "Treasure Tree Adam". Neptune's "Jamon" doesn't have any meaning in japanese or in-universe, it's just a quirk of his speech, a small way of making his character stand out..... just like how Caimi always adds "chin" to the names of other people or how Fukurou from CP9 always laughs and ends his sentences with "Chapapa". (Although "Jamón" does have a meaning in spanish which is "Ham" xddd).
