I love Luffy and Shirahoshi's relationship. Its such a fun and relatively unique one. And of course he yells at her like that. He proved it back in Albasta when he punched Vivi. His hands are rated E for Everyone. Doesn't matter whether you are child or the strongest pirate in the world. He treats them all the same. Especially when food is involved.
