God Diane and Mr Peanutbutter made me so sad because they TRIED they tried so hard! And mr peanutbutter told her how he wanted this house to be both of theirs and she couldn't meet him halfway and then he made a big thing which she never likes but I understand both why she hated it and why he tried it and god they just put in so much work over so many seasons and it still just couldn't work.

This episode is so good, it's so satisfying to see Bojack do good things and then have something wonderful happen to him at the end with Hollyhock. He really can be a decent guy, and he really can make meaningful connections with people. Also I love Hollyhock's dads; there's so much silliness with how ridiculous these guys are and how rude they are to Bojack, but there's never any doubt that they're actually great dads who love their daughter very much. So excited for you to get to season 5!

Yes I agree, you can date people as an Asexual but being Asexual and repulsed or not wanting to have sex I like to tell people upfront so they set their expectations accordingly. For a lot of people (majority) sex is a big deal and some people act like they're okay with someone being ace and having no sex but then a month or two goes by and then the arguments start. And no I'm not saying Ace's can't have sex before a sex favorable ace comes for me I'm just talking about Todd its obvious he doesn't want sex and he's not going to compromise so letting people know is a good thing in my opinion anyway. And yes the ending was sweet when Holly said that

I think it's extra telling that Mr. Peanutbutter couldn't even fill up the library with real books that Diane would have liked. Just fake ones. What Diane wanted was a library but instead she got a library set. If Mr. Peanutbutter had asked if she wanted a library, they could've worked together to make something practical. Maybe not the library of her dreams, but still a place where she can be herself and relax. But it was more important to him to have this grand reveal and see her reaction because while he cares about Diane, he doesn't understand her and more often than not just wants validation from her.

I wasn't the biggest fan of season 5 when I first binged it back in 2018. However, it has REALLY grown on me over time. Might be the tighest plotted season of the show. And H.F. is one of my favorite characters!
