The song 'Los Ageless' is by St Vincent. Brilliant choice for this show. And yeah, Flip! He's an... interesting guy, for sure. It's hard to know his motivations, because he also doesn't seem like the type to have the self-insight to know if he's making choices out of spite or not. At least in my opinion. I think when he says "Don't take it personal", he mostly means "Let me do whatever I want to realize my vision", but I'm not sure he knows that's what he means.

One way to tell the difference between the set and BoJack's home is the ottoman on the set has fire damage from season 1. The whole maternal instinct story line for Princess Caroline has made me reconsider her relationship with Vincent. Maybe there was a deeper reason she was attracted to him (them).

I can see some truth to that for PC, with what she said to Bojack about him "needing a mommy" he can... do things to. But she was *rejecting* being that to Bojack after finally realizing that's what HE wanted, I don't think her filling a psuedo mother role to a romantic partner is what she's ever really wanted or needed. Her being with "Vincent" was mainly due to the comedy logic of that whole bit having her convinced he was actually more mature than Bojack. Part of her relationship with Ralph involves her wanting to be a mom, but she's with him because he actually is mature and self-reliant, she wanted to have a child with him not be a pseudo mommy to him.
