The rich dad PC's mom works for was voiced by the ridiculously talented Daveed Diggs, Lafayette/Jefferson from Hamilton and frontman of the awesome rap group clipping.

The uniquely toxic dynamic with PC and her mom is that it's based around PC's usefulness. Her mom just wants her around because she covers for her at work, and her tiny moments of actual care are few and far between. Which super explains why PC is the way she is, bending over backwards for everyone and putting up with Bojack's endless shit while he just fed her breadcrumbs.
